From over twenty years of teaching, learning and development and therapy practice, I have accrued subject matter expertise in three key areas: psychologically-informed practices and approaches within mental health, how to support staff to stay safe and have effective communication with colleagues and with clients or patients, and therapeutic interventions and psychological approaches for those working with children and young people.
